Well today is the official 1/3 mark on my 90 day journey. I have lost 6 lbs and feel excellent. Now, I realize that 6lbs isn't some astonishing number but I am right on track of where I need to be to lose all 20lbs by April 10th. I have 60 days to lose another 14lbs and I am not worried. I know I can do this. I can't believe how good I feel. I don't feel in anyway that I am depriving myself. I think it is because not only am I working to change my appearance but I am also changing my mentality about weight loss and how I feel about my body. It is amazing how in just a short amount of time you can feel totally different and have a completely new and fresh out look.
So what have I been doing?
No soda with the exception of 1 per week
Working out before work everyday
Eating breakfast
Consuming smaller portions
No alcohol during the week
What do I need to adjust?
I need to increase the intensity of my workouts
Drink more water
Cut down on alcohol to one night a weekend
I am excited for the summer and can't wait to wear a swimming suit!
