May 17 and I weighed in at 146 so I'm up a few pound. Lately I have not been watching what I eat, drinkin to much wine and today I'm having a Pepsi. Dam does it taste goooooood!.I feel stiff and tight in my legs. I know I'm not doing what I should to be healthy in 2011.
Ok that it, tomorrow it is time to hit it hard again. Start my no carb program and get back into yoga.
