Its time at 49

Wow almost 1 1/2 years have past  and no true commitment.  Four days shy of 49 and I'm still sitting on my butt which is growing. So here I go again.
Weight 157.4
Neck  12.75
Arms 12.25
Chest 41
Waist 33.25
Ab 36.75
Hips 41.5
But 43
Thighs 25
Calves 15.25
Yep thats a los of 2 lb in a year and a half and a gain of 7 inchase.  Ok it time at 49 to get down and exercise.  By know don't you know better and know what to do so you can stop beating your self up about you weight and body.  Get to it.

Im turning over a new leaf!

May 2011!!!


I cant believe how time flies! I have turned over a new leaf I had an epiphany the other day! I am going to start working on not smoking and get my body healthy and sexy again for myself! I just feel so unhealthy and my body is starting to feel it. There  is too much junk in my system I almost have been thinking of doing a detox of some sort. I really should get a gym pass if I want to succeed in losing weight and toning up my muscles but I just cant get one because of the golds gym thing i cant bring myself to do it. So if any one has any good ideas on how and what things I can do at home let me know. 


I'm also going to post a picture of me soon and my measurements again and start fresh! lemon water,cayenne pepper pills, & multivitamins here I come again!

That Dam Pepsi

May 17 and I weighed in at 146 so I'm up a few pound.  Lately I have not been watching what I eat, drinkin to much wine and today I'm having a Pepsi. Dam does it taste goooooood!.I feel stiff and tight in my legs.  I know I'm not doing what I should to be healthy in 2011.
 
Ok that it, tomorrow it is time to hit it hard again. Start my no carb program and get back into yoga.

My 3 Month Results-Candace

Picture will follow shortly, my computer at home is on the fritz  but here is how I have done so far!  I started working out in the mornings and it has really changed my life.  Now I never have the excuse to not work out and my day's are so much better. Also I have quit drinking soda except on rare occasions.  Cassie tried to tempt me Friday but I didn't give in.  The big things I need to work on are drinking on the weekends and increasing my workout intensity.

I am happy and excited for the next phase!

Cassie- 3 month

Here is my 3 month weigh in! My body has stayed the same, except for I lost 3 pounds and my arms are skinnier. My waist, butt & thighs are the same.

Goal for March

My weight is currently at 124 LBS. I have lost 3 pounds. Its not that much really.
My goal for the months is too focus on my core and abdominal muscles. I want to have a six pack by my Birthday!!
I have cut back my sugar habits and drinking habits. I am still having too many redbull/vodka. Its all about moderation. I am eating smaller portions and it work. I have started putting lemon juice in my water. (thanks mom).
I have been doing alot of Pilates and body pump. This week I have worked out 5 hours and have one more hour to go.
